Behavior Punch Card

Just a short post tonight.. I... am... exhausted!

This is a punch card that I made for behavior. It is to focus on the positive and earn positive attention from the teacher. I put three stars in each box each time I catch the student achieving their target (goal).

I can't figure out how to get it on here so you can change it! I made it in Microsoft Word and added the text. Very easy!
